SusTech 2025 will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Ana Orange County Airport, 1325 E Dyer Rd, Santa Ana, CA 92705 from April 20-23, 2025. See the Venue page. Information on making reservations will be posted once the hotel contract is finalized.

NOTES:
- IEEE Member status is verified during registration process.
- ALL presenting Authors (including students) must register at the Author rate. Additional authors can register at the attendee rate.
- Author Registration includes ONE paper; additional paper cost is $75. Authors can only present a maximum of 2 papers. Must provide EDAS paper ID & title at registration.
KEY DATES:
- Author Early Bird Registration Deadline: Feb. 28, 2025 (until midnight Pacific time)
- Attendee Early Bird Registration Deadline: Mar. 30, 2025 (until midnight Pacific time)
